Pre-Order Policy

Maison Dahab Parfums releases its fragrances in limited private batches. Selected pieces are offered as reservations (pre-orders) so that each is prepared with care, rather than mass-produced in advance.

How reservations work

When you reserve a pre-order item, your order is confirmed and your piece is prepared specifically for you. Estimated preparation time is 7–14 business days before dispatch.

Concierge confirmation

After your reservation, our concierge team will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your scent preference, any gift details, and your delivery information.

Delivery

We deliver discreetly across the GCC and beyond. Delivery timeframes begin once your piece is prepared.

Changes & cancellations

As each piece is prepared to order, please contact our concierge as soon as possible if you need to amend your reservation. We will always do our best to accommodate you before preparation begins.
